Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is valid for Mainland Chinese customers using Alipay China and non-Mainland customers (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, Philippines, Macau, Indonesia, Mongolia, Italy, etc.) using Alipay+, spending at participating malls from 8 May 2026 until 31 December 2026 only.

2. Customers must join the campaign and receive discounts via the Alipay application within the campaign period only.

3. Customers can join the campaign and receive discount coupons by scanning the QR code on campaign tent cards at participating stores or campaign media (e.g., LED screens) within the malls.

4. Once joined, when payment is made via Alipay, the system will automatically assign a random discount at checkout. The discount coupon will be applied automatically and cannot be used separately or combined with other promotions. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

5. Each customer is entitled to a maximum of 10 chances per month. Discounts are randomly granted for each transaction (1st–10th), with the value depending on the spending amount.

6. If a customer has already joined and received discounts in a given month, leaves Thailand, and later returns, they can rejoin the campaign, as the system resets monthly (up to 10 chances per month).

7. The Alipay system will automatically assign the best available discount if multiple campaigns are running (e.g., Chinese New Year, May Day, Summer Holiday, Golden Week, Year-End, or other Lucky Draw campaigns).

8. This promotion can be combined with other promotions offered by Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, ICONSIAM, and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok.

9. For Mainland Chinese customers, the promotion is valid only for Alipay users registered in China traveling to Thailand, with verified identity and mobile number in the Alipay app.

10. Limited to one user per Alipay account. The following cases will be considered the same user and eligible only once per month:

• Multiple Alipay accounts on the same device

• One Alipay account or phone number used across multiple devices

• The same bank card linked to multiple Alipay accounts

Alipay reserves the right to deny discounts in such cases.

11. In case of refunds or cancellations, only the actual paid amount (excluding discounts) will be refunded. Discounts are non-refundable and non-compensable.

12. The company reserves the right to change rewards without prior notice.
