Boon Tong Kee
Boon Tong Kee, the famous Hainanese chicken rice restaurant from Singapore, has been delivering authentic flavors for over half a century. In 2025, it reaffirmed its value-for-money deliciousness by receiving the Michelin Bib Gourmand award once again.
At the ICONSIAM branch, the restaurant is decorated in a warm, elegant, and classic style reminiscent of its original Singapore outlet. Known as the master of Hong Kong-style roasting, Kam’s Roast has earned 1 Michelin star at its Hong Kong branch for 11 consecutive years (2015–2025). Every dish here is prepared with meticulous techniques that strictly follow the original Hong Kong standards.
The signature roast duck undergoes a process of marinating, baking, air-drying, and roasting that takes more than 3 days before it’s ready to serve.
